Kelly specializes in criminal law and regulatory litigation. Kelly worked at a large criminal defence firm on Bay street in Toronto before opening her own practice located at Yonge and Sheppard.  Kelly has also worked as a Crown Attorney at the Barrie Crown Attorney's Office. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Toronto with a major in criminology.

 

She defends all criminal charges including domestic assaults, DUI offences, thefts, frauds, robberies, sexual offences, drug offences and weapons offences.
